This is a telephone overlay system that monitors inbound calls, and alerts you to unanswered or engaged calls. It puts you in control of your day to day sales opportunities. It also collates this information into a web based report on the response and cost effectiveness of chosen marketing campaigns. It is aimed at companies who use phone response as a key enquiry generator, and can be successfully used in any form of advertising media, PR or literature to track and manage the calls they receive.

Telephone overlay numbers

You will be allocated a set of telephone numbers to suit your requirements (STD, local dial codes and 08 numbers are available).
They are all routed to your existing telephone lines, so no hardware or extra telephones are required (all telephone systems are compatible). All calls are charged at the normal rates to the caller for the type of number 08/STD etc. You allocate a different number for each of the adverts you want to measure. Then log in to the web based reporting system to see how your adverts are performing in real time. Advert Tracker shows the number of calls, when they occurred, how long the calls lasted, the number of the caller, and most importantly the unanswered or engaged element. Monitoring inbound calls & alerts

If you do miss a call or the caller gets the engaged tone, you will be automatically notified immediately by email …these emails include the caller’s phone number allowing you to immediately get back to them and save a lost enquiry.

Monitoring calls v expenditure

The system allows for multiple ads, multiple uses of the same media, it includes full archived history so you can see how your advertising response changes during the year, you can then conduct specific tests to measure:

  • response to promotions
  • varying space sizes
  • the same offer in two separate publications
  • a seasonal offer verses a normal one, and much, much more
